UK Intra-company transfer
You can apply for a Tier 2 visa with a job offer made by your employer to work in the UK branch
Eligibility
• must have a certificate of sponsorship reference number
• must earn at least 41500 GBP for long term staff applicants and 24800 GBP for short term staff
• must have savings of 945 GBP prior to 90 days of visa application OR be certified by the employer that accommodation and expenses will be sponsored
• must prove that you are employed for at least 12 months for the employer
• must have documents like the pay slips, passport, color photographs, medicals and translation, wherever applicable
Process
• must apply online with all supporting documents
• get fingerprints for biometric residence permit at the visa application center
• pay fees and health surcharge

Note : The maximum stay for the intra company transfer visa depends on:
– Long term staff earning more than 155300 GBP pa is 9 years
– Long term staff earning less than 155300 GBP pa is 5 years
– Short term staff is 12 months
