Tier 4 General Student Visa

You can apply for a Tier 4 student visa if you are over 16 yrs and not a native of a EU/ EEA country. The validity of the visa depends on the course enrolled for.

Eligibility

• must need a SELT (Secure English Language Test) level B2 for graduates and level B1 for under graduates
• must have finances to support course fees and accommodation
• must have an unconditional offer of a place on a course
• proof of parent/ legal guardian consent if under 18 years
• must have documents like the passport, color photographs, medicals and translation, wherever applicable

Process

• must apply online with all supporting documents
• get fingerprints for biometric residence permit at the visa application center
• pay fees and health surcharge
